Description:

Returning to Harlan Kentucky on July 22nd for two days on some of our favorite trails. Come Join fellow club members at the Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area. Black Mountain is located in the heart of Coal Country. The park has over 8,000 acres of mountainous terrain, elevations up to 3,300 feet and 150 miles of trails.

The event hotel will be the Quality Inn and reservations can be made by calling (606) 573-3385. The hotel has a free hot breakfast. Camping is also available through the Harlan County Campground. The Quality Inn is located at 2608 South Highway 421 Harlan, KY, US, 40831 Phone: (606) 573-3385. 

Check in between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm on the evening of July 22
nd and we can all grab something to eat.

We will run trails on July 23rd and 24th and depart on the 25th.


Mechanical support for the trucks will be provided by fellow club members. Spare parts are always welcome. 

Registration fees are nominal for your truck and all passengers. ORV Park Fees are separate and will need to be paid upon entering the park. 

Some notable Information: Driver’s meeting each morning in the hotel parking lot. Be fueled up and have a lunch packed each trail day before arriving at the Park. Also bring extra water and plenty of snacks. A lawn chair for lunch/dinner. A CB for communication is required. Be certain that your truck is well maintained and that it is in good operational condition. Common spare parts recommended. Be prepared for long trail days (meds, food, water fuel), you never know what might happen.

Mechanical Support is provided at all major Club events
At Major events the event coordinator and other club members will support any needed repairs to the best of their ability so everyone can fully participate and get home afterwards. We will work to the best of our ability to support you. Your truck must be in excellent mechanical condition due to the nature of these events. Basic hand tools and spare parts on-hand and/or parts that wear when off-roading we suggest you carry. Contact the event coordinator if you have questions about mechanical support and/or what to bring.
